DESCRIPTION:The Benton County Historical Museum is celebrating its 30th b
 irthday with an exhibition of remarkable objects from the artifact\, pho
 tography and archival document collections.  The exhibition will be open
  July 23-September 5\, 2010\, Tuesday through Saturday\, 10:00 – 4:30.
  \n  \nWorks Progress Administration (WPA) artist Darrel Austin’s pain
 ting “Machine” is included in the show at the Moreland Auditorium.  
 Other objects include a 1933 Civil Conservation Corps photo scrapbook\, 
 National Archery Champion Gilman Keasey’s yew bow and arrow\, Oregon t
 rail pioneer artifacts\, oral history dvds from the Starker Forest Commu
 nity History Project\, and fine art by artists including George Green\, 
 Stev Ominski\, Earl Newman\, Caroline Buchanan\, Bill Schumway\, Ede Sch
